That means no contracts… period. And, most of the time, it’s FREE!
Have a quick question about Carlson or Autodesk Software? Contact us by phone or email to see if we can help. In over 4 years of business, we’ve yet to charge for a technical support question. Most of them can be answered in a couple minutes – do we really need your credit card to answer that? No.
For project-related, “need an immediate answer” questions, we also provide online desktop-sharing technical support. This allows all parties to log onto a website and both see and operate the other’s computer. This is sometimes the best support option when you have a problem you just can’t get around and time constraints won’t allow us to get together face-to-face.
When it’s not a simple answer, it will be one of two other situations:
- We determine it’s a problem or bug in the software. Even though we aren’t able to address these questions directly (or immediately), we still want to know the issues that are out there causing heartburn so we can try to find a workaround or otherwise resolve the issue. And, it’s an issue with Carlson Software, we can usually point you in a direction to get it resolved quickly.
- We determine it’s an issue that would be resolved with training and we can develop a Custom Training solution with you.
For technical support that requires an on-site visit, our rates are reasonable and allow you to hang onto your arm and leg!
