AutoCAD Update and Refresh
With a new release of Autocad coming out every year, it’s hard to keep up! Come to this class to learn about the newest features contained in the last several releases of Autocad such as: dynamic blocks, tool palettes, the customized user interface (CUI) editor, tables, fields and sheet set manager.
We’ll also spend some time on external references, paper space and drawing orientation & rotation that are typical headaches to users.
Prerequisite: Basic understanding of Autocad functionality.

AutoCAD / IntelliCAD Fly By
As a manager of CAD drafters and designers, do you find yourself asking, “How’d they do that? Why is it taking so long? Why can’t I just get in there and fix that? What in the world is a layer?
Or, maybe you want to know “just enough to be dangerous” about AutoCAD or IntelliCAD.
Whether you once considered yourself a pro at AutoCAD Release 10 or have yet to open your first DWG file, the information provided during this class will help you manage your CAD personnel more effectively and, quite possibly, help in production during those crunch times.
This class will be an overview of AutoCAD and IntelliCAD functionality covering such basics as file types, file management, layers, CAD standards, inquiry commands, plotting & printing. We will look at seemingly basic instructions that might be given to your CAD staff and the actual steps needed to complete them – you might be surprised!
Prerequisite: Basic computer knowledge.
