I don’t try to get rich off of any single sale or customer. I prefer to give decent discounts on Carlson software products that still allow me to provide as much free support, service and training to my customers as possible.

I’m human and as a CAD specialist, can’t get to every request as quickly as I’d like to – particularly after a new software release or after the flood of year-end sales – but I do my best to answer every email and phone call personally and hope to be an extra resource for your organization.
